The fairy white tutu Is a unique, double-layered skirt has four belt straps and hooks for easy clasping. It was handmade in Ukraine. This tutu does not come with stockings but instead comes with thigh elastic straps which hook easily to the adjustable belt straps (seen in photo #1). It can also be worn with light beige tights for a particularly magical effect (seen in photo #2). There are slight variations among the tutus (some have a longer look and a brighter white color. Therefore, it's best to check them out in person!
