Shipping Policy

Jaffa Pick-Up: If you'd like to schedule a pickup from the Tel Aviv-Jaffa location in the Shuk HaPishpishim, please select the pickup option at checkout and include the best phone number to reach you. Most orders are ready to be picked up within 24 hours. 

Standard Israel: Online orders ship within two business days and take an additional 5-7 business days to be delivered throughout Israel. Be sure to include your phone number at checkout for quickest delivery.

International (EU, UK, US, AUS): Online orders to be shipped outside of Israel will depart within two business days and take an additional 19-21 business days to be delivered abroad. Duty and tax rates of each country (except Israel) are not covered in shipping costs and require payment by the customer to the local government and carrier upon delivery.

We currently only ship to Israel, the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Australia.
