Returns Policy

We like to offer every possibility to help you find the right lingerie for you. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, bras and gowns can be returned within 2 business days. After that, they can be exchanged through mail or in-store for products of the same value within 1 week of delivery or within one week after an in-store purchase. Consumers who opt to exercise this right must return the item clean, unworn, undamaged, and with original tags intact. Underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned under any circumstance.

The store does not cover the shipping costs of returns.
