Returns Policy

We like to offer every possibility to help you find the right lingerie for you. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, bras can be returned within 2 business days. After that, they can be exchanged for products of additional value within 5 business days of delivery or within 5 business days after an in-store purchase. Consumers who opt to exercise this right must return the item clean, unworn, undamaged, and with original tags intact. Underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned under any circumstance.

The store does not cover the shipping costs of returns.
