The Lemon Tutu Is a unique, double-layered skirt has four belt straps and hooks for easy clasping. This tutu does not come with stockings but instead comes with thigh elastic straps which hook easily to the adjustable belt straps. It was handmade in Ukraine.
It pairs perfectly with Lemon Thong and can also match with light beige tights for a particularly magical effect.
